Top-10 finish in North-South 100 weekend at Florence

After Mother Nature axed Thursday’s prelim following time trials, Erb qualified sixth-fastest in his group on Friday before picking up a heat race win. With $5,000 on the line in the preliminary feature, Tyler recorded an eighth-place finish.
On Saturday, Tyler secured his spot into the $75,000-to-win North-South 100 with a runner-up finish in his heat. Starting in 10th, Erb salvaged a 13th-place finish in the 100-lapper after suffering a flat right-rear tire on lap 63.
Tyler is currently fifth in the latest LOLMDS point standings.
