Erb lands Top-5 finish in Harold Hardgrove Memorial at LCS

Saturday night found Tyler Erb and Best Performance Motorsports in action at Lake Cumberland Speedway (Burnside, Ky.) for the Schaeffer’s Iron-Man Series-sanctioned Harold Hardgrove Memorial. In a field of 25 cars, Erb laid down the second fastest time in his group behind Dustin Linville before picking up a heat race victory. Starting the $10,022-to-win A-Main in third, Tyler faded two spots in the 50-lapper to place fifth behind Michael Chilton, Victor Lee, Skylar Marlar, and Dustin Linville.
