June 30, 2018 - Pair of Top 10 Finishes in World of Outlaws/Hell Tour Doubleheader
1On Monday night Tyler Erb followed the DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour to Spoon River Speedway (Canton, Illinois) for the $5,000 top prize. Drawing 23 entries for the ninth stop of the rain-plagued tour, Erb followed up the fastest time in his group with a 10-lap heat race victory. 1Returning to action on Thursday at La Salle Speedway (LaSalle, Illinois) after Mother Natured wiped out Tuesday’s program at Charleston Speedway (Charleston, Illinois), Tyler locked his spot into the $5,000-to-win A-Main with a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Shannon Babb. Losing one spot in the 41-lap affair, Erb registered an 8th place outing.

On Friday night Erb followed the Hell Tour to Terra Haute Action Track (Terra Haute, Indiana) for the event co-sanctioned with the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series. With 25 cars registered in for action, Tyler logged a 7th place finish in his heat forcing him to rely on a provisional into the show. Breaking into the Top-10, Erb advanced through the field 11 spots reeling in an 8th place finish.

The following night at Federated Raceway at I-55 (Pevely, Missouri), Tyler posted a 6th place finish in his heat race sending him into the B-Main. Falling one spot shy of a transfer spot with a 3rd place finish, Erb used a provisional into the show. With $10,000 on the line, Tyler Erb charged through the field 12 spots in the 50-lapper to place 9th.

June 24, 2018 - Podium Finish in Firecracker 100 at Lernerville; 2nd Place Finish With Hell Tour at Tri-State
1Tyler Erb invaded Lernerville Speedway (Sarver, Pennsylvania) on Thursday kicking off the opening night of the Firecracker 100. With 41 World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series signed in, Erb came up one spot short of a transfer position in his heat with a 5th place finish. Transferring into the B-Main, Tyler scored a runner-up finish behind Jared Miley positioning him 20th on the starting grid for the feature. With $6,000 on the line, Tyler Erb gained six spots in the 30-lap affair to place 14th.

On Friday night, Tyler followed up the sixth fastest time in his qualifying group with a 3rd place finish in his heat race. Coming one spot shy of a Top-5 finish in the final $6,000-to-win preliminary feature, Erb improved six positions reeling in a 6th place finish.

1Wrapping up the Firecracker 100 on Saturday evening, Erb locked his spot into the $30,000-to-win finale with a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Darrell Lanigan. 1Sunday night found Erb in action at Tri-State Speedway (Haubstadt, Indiana) returning with the DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour. Laying down the fastest time overall in qualifying, Erb earned the 2nd-starting position for the feature after threatening rain forced race officials to skip heat races. Jumping out to an early lead, Tyler held the top spot for the first 13 circuits until Shannon Babbb slipped by. Making a charge for the top spot in the closing laps, Tyler Erb came up short at the line to place 2nd behind Shannon Babb with Billy Moyer, Brian Shirley, and Rusty Schlenk rounding out the Top-5. June 17, 2018 - Podium Finish in Hell Tour Action at Plymouth Speedway
1On Thursday evening Tyler Erb was one of 39 World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series entries signed in at Stateline Speedway (Busti, New York) for the $10,000 top prize. Gaining one spot in his heat, Erb logged a 5th place finish transferring him into the B-Main. Needing to place in the Top 3 to make the opening night feature, Tyler landed a 2nd place finish behind Chub Frank. Rolling off 19th, Tyler Erb passed four cars in the 50-lapper reeling in a 15th place outing.

The following night at Ransomville Speedway (Ransomville, New York), Erb followed up the second fastest time overall in qualifying with a 10-lap heat race victory. Earning the pole position for the feature, Tyler held the top spot for the first 11 circuits until surrendering the lead to Brandon Sheppard. Hanging on to a podium spot for the next 12 laps, Erb made hard contact with the wall on lap-23 ending his night immediately.

Wrapping up the three-day stint with the World of Outlaws, Erb stopped at NAPA Wayne County Speedway (Orrville, Ohio) on Saturday. Coming in 8th in his heat race, Tyler earned the 20th-starting position for the $10,000-to-win finale. Breaking into the Top-10, Tyler Erb advanced through the field 10 spots reeling in a 10th place finish.

1On Sunday Tyler made the trip to Plymouth Speedway (Plymouth, Indiana) for the fifth round of the DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour. June 2, 2018 - 6th Place Finish With World of Outlaws at 411 Motor Speedway
1Friday night brought Tyler Erb to 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tennessee) kicking off the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series doubleheader. In a field of 29 cars, Erb locked his spot into the $10,000-to-win A-Main with a 4th place finish in his heat race. Coming one spot shy of a Top-5 finish, Tyler gained four positions in the 50-lap affair to place 6th.

On Saturday night at Volunteer Speedway (Bulls Gap, Tennessee) for the East Tennessee Shootout, Tyler jumped up one spot in his heat race to place 6th. Earning the 13th-starting position for the A-Main, Erb advanced one spot logging a 12th place outing.
