July 14, 2018 - Pair of Top 10 Finishes With World Of Outlaws on Northern Swing
1Tyler Erb followed the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series on Tuesday night to Black Hills Speedway (Rapid City, South Dakota) of the $10,000 top prize. In a field of 15 cars, Tyler locked his spot into the opening night feature with a 4th place finish in his heat. Starting in 8th, Erb held his spot for all 50-laps to place 8th.

1Returning with the World of Outlaws on Friday, Erb was one of 23 cars signed in at River Cities Speedway (Grand Forks, North Dakota). Losing one spot in his heat, Tyler recorded a 5th place finish positioning him 14th on the starting grid for the feature. Wrapping up the northern swing, Erb stopped at Devil’s Lake Speedway (Lakota, North Dakota) on Saturday. Following a 4th place finish in his heat, Tyler passed two cars in the 50-lap feature logging a 12th place outing.

July 7, 2018 - Podium Finish in the Gopher 50 at Deer Creek Speedway
1Returning with the DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour, Tyler Erb was one of 28 Super Late Models on hand at Fayette County Speedway (Brownstown, Illinois) on Wednesday night for the 14th round of the tour. Behind the wheel of the Steven Roberts-owned #111E Super Late Model, Tyler followed up the fastest time overall in his group with a heat victory. Rolling off 2nd, Erb slipped past race-leader Brian Shirley on lap-14 and held the top spot for two circuits until he got collected behind a lap car sending him to the tail. He salvaged an 18th place outing.

On Thursday night at Macon Speedway (Macon, Illinois) for the Herald & Review 100, Tyler locked his spot into the Speed Dash with a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Ryan Unzicker. Coming in 5th, Erb earned the 5th-starting position for the $5,000-to-win A-Main. Holding his spot for all 100 laps, Tyler Erb notched a 5th place finish behind Gordy Gundaker, Ryan Unzicker, Frank Heckenast Jr., and Kevin Weaver.

1Friday night Erb followed the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series to Dubuque Speedway (Dubuque, Iowa) for the $10,000 top prize. In a field of 28 cars, Erb secured his spot into the A-Main with a 3rd place finish in his heat. Rolling off 7th, Tyler gained two positions to place 5th behind Brandon Sheppard, Chris Simpson, Jimmy Mars, and Brian Birkhofer.

1On Saturday night Tyler stopped at Deer Creek Speedway (Spring Valley, Minnesota) for the 39th annual Gopher 50. With 30 cars registered in for action, Tyler posted a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Chris Simpson positioning him 4th in the starting grid for the feature. Breaking into a podium spot, Tyler Erb passed one car in the 50-lapper to place 3rd behind Mike Marlar and Shane Clanton with Brandon Sheppard and Devin Moran completing the Top-5 finishers.
