March 28th, 2015 - Tyler Erb Kicks Off 2015 SUPR Tour at Baton Rouge
1Tyler Erb traveled to Baton Rouge Raceway (Baker, Louisiana) over the weekend for a doubleheader with the P&W Sales Southern United Professional Racing (SUPR) Dirt Late Models.

Friday night's program featured the $2,000-to-win, winner-take-all format, Ollie's Car Wash SUPR Shootout. The top ten drivers in 2014 SUPR points were locked in for a drawing position to the Shootout finale. The remainder of the eighteen car field was determined by a 20-lap qualifying feature.

The eighteen drivers then ran two ten-lap segments, with the second segment lined up in reverse order from the first segment. Tyler finished fifth in the first segment and went on to win the second segment, positioning him second in the final rundown behind Shootout Champion, Shane Hebert. Tyler Townsend, Rob Litton, and BJ Robinson rounded out the top five finishers.

Twenty-one entries signed in for the first event of the 2015 SUPR points chase on Saturday evening, which also posted a $2,000 top prize. Tyler drew the fourth starting spot for his heat race and charged to a commanding victory, earning him the pole position for the 40-lap finale with Jon Mitchell alongside. Unfortunately, Erb hit a rut in the track on the opening lap which caused the front-bumper to fold under the car, ending his night early. Tyler was credited with a 20th place finish in the final rundown.
