March 9th, 2013 - Tyler Erb Competes in 3rd Annual Pelican 100
Tyler Erb took his #91 Erb Racing/Rocket by Litton/Clements Racing Engine Super Late Model into battle in the 3rd Annual Pelican 100 at Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, Louisiana) over the weekend. A talented roster of forty-seven Super Late Models filled the pit area at the 1/4 mile oval, and heat race action on Friday night found Erb falling short of making the cut to lock into the feature event. As a result he began his Saturday night by starting sixth in the first b-main, and with the top five finishers transferring to the feature Erb finished in the fifth spot to lock into the twenty-first starting spot for the 100 lap, $10,000-to-win finale. He would go on to advance six spots to record a fifteenth place finish at the checkered flag.

March 3rd, 2013 - Tyler Erb Opens 2013 Campaign
Tyler Erb opened his 2013 season over the weekend in his #91 Erb Racing/Rocket by Litton/Hwy 105 Machine Super Late Model with a pair of P&W Sales Southern United Professional Racers (SUPR) events in the state of Texas.

The action opened on Saturday afternoon with a $3,500-to-win program at the state-of-the-art, Dirt Track at Texas Motor Speedway (Justin, Texas). With thirty-nine entries in the pits Tyler received the seventh starting spot for his heat race, and after failing to advance any positions was relegated to a b-main. He again found himself short of earning a transfer spot in the b-main, and as a result he was forced to utilize a series' provisional to start the main event in the twenty-first starting spot. Tyler would go on to pass seven cars to register a fourteenth place finish.

On Sunday evening the action shifted to Kennedale Speedway Park (Kennedale, Texas), where Tyler took part in another P&W Sales SUPR event. Twenty-six Super Late Models passed through the pit gate, and Erb again found himself drawing a large number at registration, and as a result started at the tail of a heat race. After advancing to a sixth place finish in the heat he still found himself short of a transfer to the feature, and ran the b-main, where a second place finish locked him into the eighteenth starting spot for the finale. In the main event he advanced four spots to cross the finish line in the fourteenth position.
