A strong field of fifty-two Super Late Models registered for the event, and Erb starting his outing by drawing the pole position for his heat race. Tyler lead much of his heat before jumping the cushion around the 3/8 mile oval and making contacting with the turn four wall. The damage to his #91 Erb Racing/First Class Septic/Club 29 by Black Diamond entry forced the team to scratch from the balance of the program.

Looking to rebound on Saturday evening, Tyler went into battle against fifty-two competitors for a $3,000 top prize. He drew the pole position for his heat race but slipped backwards to a fourth place finish, sending him to a b-main. Erb later registered a fourth place finish in his b-main, earning him the 23rd starting spot for the feature. In the 30 lap main event Tyler charged forward, advancing nine spots to a fourteenth place finish at the checkered flag.

The miniseries drew to a close on Sunday with a $10,000-to-win event that drew a field of fifty entries to the 3/8 mile oval. Erb enjoyed a strong start to his outing, charging to a heat race victory to lock into the tenth starting position for the 50 lap finale. Unfortunately, things would not go his way in the feature as Tyler slowed on lap fifteen with terminal issues, relegating him to a 23rd place finish.

Fifty Super Late Models filled the pit area at the 3/8 mile oval, and pill draw left Tyler starting deep in his heat race. He fell just short of the transfer with a sixth place finish in his heat, sending him to a b-main where he would start sixth on the grid. Erb raced to a third place finish in his b-main, earning him the 21st starting position for the $3,000-to-win feature. Despite starting near the back of the pack in the 30 lapper, Tyler sliced through the field in his #91 Erb Racing/First Class Septic/Club 29 by Black Diamond Super Late Model to a solid tenth place finish in the final rundown.

Sunday found the winner's check increasing to $5,000 at forty-nine entries returned for battle in Round #2 of the Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout. Tyler drew the second starting spot for his heat race alongside Darrell Lanigan. He went on to finish second in the heat, locking him into the sixteenth starting spot for 30 lap finale. Erb battled around mid-pack for much of the event before recording a fifteenth place finish at the checkered flag.

After a break in the action, competition resumed at USA Raceway on Wednesday night with a $3,000-to-win program. A strong field of forty-six Super Late Models registered for action, and Tyler drew the fifth starting spot for his heat race. He went on to finish fifth in his heat, and with transfer positions being determined by passing points he was relegated to a b-main. A third place finish in the b-main positioned Erb starting 21st on the feature grid. He later advanced four spot to a seventeenth place finish in the 30 lap main event.
