June 8th, 2013 - Tyler Erb Makes Debut at Eldora
1Tyler Erb and Erb Motorsports made a big step in their racing program by traveling to Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) over the weekend to take part in the 19th Annual Dream 100 at the famed, 1/2 mile oval.

The action opened on Thursday evening with a $2,500-to-win event, which attracted a stacked field of eighty-four entries. Time trials resulted in Tyler starting eighth in his heat race, and he would advance a few spots early in the heat before falling back to an eighth place finish, which relegated him to a b-main. In the b-main he gained valuable track experience, but was only able to manage a seventh place finish, which brought his night to an early end.

Friday night found the team taking part in night #2 of the mega-event, and via time trials Tyler started sixth in his heat race. Early in the heat he raced to as high as the fourth position but would cross the finish line in sixth. He started third in a b-main and ran in a transfer spot during the opening laps of the heat before a tight race car forced him out of a transfer spot as his night again ended early.

The 19th Annual Dream 100 concluded on Saturday evening with a program that was headlined by a $100,000-to-win finale. Tyler started ninth in his heat race on a very rough track and powered his way into the third spot late in the race before mechanical issues forced him to relinquish the transfer spot as he retired pitside.
